Unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar at the top of the page, all pieces are shipped via USPS (with tracking number) and usually go out within 1-3 working days. Bespoke items vary between 1-4 weeks and you will be given the appropriate window for creation and delivery when you order. If you are in a rush we are happy to expedite nearly any order. Please contact us and let us know when you need your pieces by and we will set up the appropriate carriage.
Domestic Orders are sent Priority 2 day service.
International Orders take 7-21 days within Europe, 10-21 Days to Australia, 7-21 days everywhere else. Please note these are estimates and NOTHING can be promised with International shipping times unless you purchase expedited shipping. Customs charges (VAT/tax) vary between countries and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns for some items in new condition within seven (7) days of delivery for domestic orders and within thirty (30) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for international orders.
Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's bespoke (custom), worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, and item must be in its original condition.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimwear, Bodysuits, ANYTHING CUSTOM OR BESPOKE (including hats and coats), and any other items marked as "Sale" or "Sample".
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a handling & processing fee of $5, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
